Returns Policy

Our 15 day returns policy ensures you have plenty of time to consider your purchase and then return it if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

For the returns offer to be accepted the following process willl be followed:

The jewellery must be returned in the original packaging and box within 15 days of the shipment date.

All jewellery will be reviewed on receipt back at Sawitree. No jewellery will be accepted for return if there is any sign of damage or wear.

Refunds will not be given to fully customized jewellery made to your design. Please choose your custom design carefully.

Return postage will be at your cost.

Once we have received your return item and it has been accepted, your refund or replacement jewellery will be processed within 14 days.
